This is so important to me because I know how it feels to feel so unfulfilled and empty. I was lost, stuck and felt so alone for so long. I had everything, society told me I needed to be ‘successful and happy’. BUT I was miserable. I struggled with low self worth, deep insecurities, eating disorders, and codependency in toxic relationships. I struggled financially, I kept attracting emotionally unavailable men and felt undervalued in all of my relationships.I had so much fear around sharing my voice and being seen. I had BIG dreams but felt crippled by my resistance and fears.

I decided this was not going to be my story.
I committed to healing myself and traveled around the world. I worked with healers from Bali, India, Costa Rica and Mexico. I healed a 12 year eating disorder, deep trauma & ancestral trauma, released toxic patterns with men, released resistance and self sabotaging behaviors. I have worked with over 100+ healers and have been trained in over 15+ modalities.I have found what WORKS. I learned how to process and heal the trauma from the past and actively create what I desire, and my transformation has been remarkable.
